1. Right of refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
2.Appointment Policy
All appointments require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice will result in 50% deposit requirement for future appointments.
3. Nails extension maintenance
Nails extensions gradually wear off over time, especially with extensive exposure to water or cleaning chemicals. We recommend nails enhancements or refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain their appearance and integrity.
4. Nails polish durability
Regular nails polish may last up to 3 days, while gel polish last for up to 2 weeks, depending on individual circumstances. Chipping or peeling may occur due to wear and tear.
5.Fill appointment policy
Clients should schedule fill appointments every 2-3 weeks to accommodate the growth of natural nails and maintain the integrity of acrylics. Going beyond 3 weeks increases the risk of nails damage and fungal infections.
6. No refund policy
Payment covers the artist's time, products, and expenses. No refunds will be given for services or products. Clients should address any concerns immediately with their nails technician or store manager . Concerns raised after checkout or due to failure to follow aftercare instructions will be charged at full price.
7. Warranty
We provide a one-week (7 days) guarantee on treatment and products. Warranty is void if: (a) Nails are serviced elsewhere. (b) Clients work with harsh chemicals without gloves. (c) Artificial nails are bitten or intentionally removed. (d) Products are not used according to instruction.
8. Complaints procedure
Any complaints about treatments or products must be reported within 3 business days of discovery, either in writing or by phone. We will respond within 3 business days and, if justified, perform the agreed-upon treatment again.
